При преобразовании прямой речи в косвенную мы всегда должны помнить о согласовании времен.Когда мы употребляем глагол WOULD в косвенной речи?

Compare:
a) You said: "They will have a day off in two days"
You said (that) they would have a day off in two days.
b) You say: "They will have a day off in two days"
You say (that) they will have a day off in two days.
will - would
shall - should
